Ingredients: - 4 eggs
- 350 g. of sugar
- 200 g. of olive oil
- 160 g. of white wine
- 160 g. of milk
- 350 g. of flour
- 1 packet of yeast
Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture is foamy and light, which has doubled in volume, add oil and milk, wine, and then the setacciatevi flour with baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan 30cm. and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
... The result is quite neutral, oil, sugar contrasts, it is not at all heavy, Pierre Hermé always serves it with a fruit compote and believe me when I say that this may well be served plumcale for dessert after a meal! ...
